On July 30th, 2026, from 1:00 am to 2:00 am ET, Instructure will be performing a planned maintenance on Canvas. Accordingly, Canvas may be intermittently unavailable during the maintenance window. If you have any issues after maintenance, please open a request using the options below.
FIU Canvas Help, Services will not be available on Monday, August 10, 2026, from 12:00pm to 2:30pm ET due to department-wide training. On-campus support will not be available during this time. Students and faculty may still submit an FIU-specific request and we will reply and assist you after 2:30pm that day.
The Ed Tech Services (ETS) team will be available to assist in-person modality courses from 8:00am to 5:00pm ET.
Instructure Canvas Support will continue to be available throughout the day via phone, live chat, and ticket support by using the “Help” menu option found inside Canvas.
